Hello and welcome to the UCSF Learning Tech Support Center. Below are a number of support resources and training opportunities for using the UCSF Collaborative Learning Environment (CLE) provided by the Learning Tech Group.
Are you new to managing or teaching a course in the UCSF CLE? Attend the CLE Basics Workshop, held virtually from 10-11:30am every 2nd and 4th Friday of the month.
This 90-minute virtual training includes an introduction to the interface, editing course settings, adding activities and resources, enrolling students, and how to find CLE resources.Register
A self-paced, 100% online training designed to help new users of the UCSF CLE who are tasked with creating, managing, and editing courses. An online course forum facilitates collaboration and community building. A certificate is awarded to participants upon meeting all course requirements. The four-hour online training includes an introduction to the interface, editing course settings, adding activities and resources, enrolling students, and how to find CLE resources.

This online training is self-paced and covers the intermediate and advanced features of the CLE such as organizing course materials, generating activity reports, applying restrictions, and creating Groups and Groupings. The course also includes sections that cover the Quiz activity and the Gradebook.
